Is the consultation really free?
Yes. Every partner company provides a free in-home or virtual consultation with measurements, a 3D design and a quote. There is no fee from the company or from BaltimoreCloset.com.
Will I be pressured to sign?
Designers typically present a price at the first visit and may offer a same-day incentive. You are never obligated. We tell you the market rate in advance so you can evaluate any offer calmly, and partner companies agree to a no-pressure policy.
Who will contact me?
A BaltimoreCloset.com concierge confirms your match by email or text within one business day. The matched designer then contacts you to schedule. If you requested multiple quotes, up to three companies will reach out.
Can I choose a specific company?
Yes. Mention it in the notes and we will route you there if they are a partner, or tell you honestly if we think another company fits better.
