Closet franchises spend heavily on television, direct mail and marketplace leads to get a designer into your home. Marketplaces sell the same homeowner to five or eight contractors. Homeowners get a week of phone calls and a same-day offer at 40 percent off a price nobody pays.

We do it differently. We research every closet designer and installer working in Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Howard, Anne Arundel, Harford and Carroll counties. We read the warranty documents and the franchise disclosures. We match each homeowner to the one to three companies most likely to do their project well, and we publish the market rate so the consultation starts from an honest number.

How we are paid

Partner companies pay a referral fee when a homeowner books a consultation through us. Homeowners pay nothing, quotes are not marked up, and no company can pay to be matched more often. Companies that generate verified complaints lose the match.
